The first month of the New Year saw values fall in every capital city but Canberra, according to the latest data from Corelogic.
CoreLogic's home value index recorded a 1.0 per cent decline in national dwelling values over the first month of the year, taking the cumulative decline in Australian dwelling values to 6.1 per cent since the market peaked in October 2017.
