Australian apartment owners might be wrestling with the pros and cons of allowing pets in their properties, but not so the owner of a block in Denmark.
Danish entrepreneur Niels Martin Viuff recently unveiled plans for an 18-unit complex called Hundehuset ('The Dog House') because not only are dogs allowed in the apartments—they're required (so long they're under 45kg). The complex is designed to purpose, with tough, easy-to-clean flooring and a garden complete with dog bathing area.
